Double Storey Residence
After having produced the building plans for this double storey residence, DRAFTS BY D is very excited to announce that this house is finally being built. The slab has just been laid out and we will be following it closely throughout the final months of 2024.
Addition to a house
DRAFTS BY D drew an addition for a house on a battle axe lot in The City of Stirling. The project has been certified by a Building Surveyor.
TV cabinet - Interior renovation
The owners of this apartment in Perth West Australia, wanted to create a custom made tv cabinet with a white gloss finish that would best suit the already existing finishes in the apartment. DRAFTS BY D made the floorplans, sections, elevations and artists impressions to best suit their needs. This project has recently been built.
Granny flat being build!
After obtaining approval with the shire of Kalamunda, they’re finally building the granny flat that we worked on! Excited for the owner and proud to see it being built.
